Membership Benefits: All membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, ensuring you get full value from your remaining time.

​Transition to Per-Visit Pricing: Once your membership is inactive, your account will shift to per-visit pricing for any future services.

Reactivation of Membership: If you decide to restart your membership after cancellation, you will need to pay the membership registration fee again.

Freezing
your membership
Pause membership benefits

​Freeze Fee: $20 per month for the duration of the freeze. This replaces your monthly membership invoice.

Duration of Freeze: You are allowed one (1) continuous freeze per 12-month period with no limit on the number of months for that single freeze.

Visit Options During Freeze: While on freeze, you can either pay a la carte rates for any visits or choose to restart your membership.

Freeze Fee and A La Carte Visits: The $20 freeze fee does not apply towards the a la carte visit fee if you choose to pay per visit while on freeze.

Access During Freeze: You will still have access to your Fullscript, including all previous recommendations, Personalized Nutrients refills, and personalized tincture refills.

Restarting Membership: Upon restarting your membership, your recurring invoice will be at the current membership rate, and you will not be charged the one-time membership registration fee.
Prepaying
your membership

New Member Prepay Option: New members can pay for a full year of membership upfront and receive 1 month free.

Existing Member Prepay Option: Existing members who established their membership prior to July 1, 2024, can prepay for a 6-month or 12-month continuation starting January 2025. Eligible clients should review the related Charm message for more details.
